Reveal causes that stayed hidden for years — in hours.

TOP-TRIZ methodology helps identify step-by-step what actually happened, why it happened, and then determine improvements needed to eliminate the problem — much faster than Five Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Brainstorming.

Many root causes that remained unknown and, therefore, not eliminated for months and even years despite the hard efforts using conventional methods were revealed by a matter of hours or few days using TOP-TRIZ. For example, a company had been working for years on revealing and eliminating the cause of an electric arc inside an electrical connector. It took just two hours for a team using TOP-TRIZ to reveal the actual set of events leading to the development of the arc and suggest several ways to eliminate the problem completely. The company was granted a US Patent to some of the solutions.

The power of the methodology to reveal the causes of the problems faster is based on pretending that what happened is a desired result and inventing how to achieve it using TOP-TRIZ. Participants also learn how to use TOP-TRIZ software for root cause analysis and problem elimination and will get a three-month free license. TOP-TRIZ methodology will help to develop better solutions at a lower cost and in less time.
